1、先把粉丝用温水充分浸泡。

注意事项:泡豆、粉丝应提前泡好,并炖熟泡豆。豆腐果子、酥肉根据所用量提前炸好,不能现炸现用,否则会因来不及影响第二天生意。油炸粗辣椒是以比 辣椒粉 相对较粗的辣椒块,用烧熟了的菜油泼制而成。
